"Great food, but the planning wasn’t as smooth as I expected"
The food turned out really good, so no complaints there. I think I just expected the catering setup to be a little more straightforward. There was more back-and-forth than I thought there would be, and replies were slower than I’d have liked. We also had to confirm the delivery time twice, which made me a bit nervous. That said, they did show up, everything was correct, and people enjoyed the food. I just wish the coordination part had been easier.

"Decent for kids, but not super comfy??"
My kids had a good time, so that was a plus, but the seating felt kind of cramped?? It wasn’t a bad experience, just not something I’d call amazing.

"Easy enough visit with my dad"
I went with my dad, who uses a walker, and it was a smooth visit. Getting inside wasn’t a hassle, the ramp was fine, and there was enough room around the tables for him to move without feeling awkward. The staff also helped us get seated quickly, which I always appreciate because those little things make the whole trip feel less stressful. The only thing is the bathroom was a bit hard to spot at first, or maybe we just missed the sign while looking around. But overall, it was an easy place to visit.

"Ordering worked, but the site needs some attention"
I ordered online and got through it in the end, but the whole process felt a bit clunky. The site was slow at times, and some of the menu options weren’t very clear, which made it more frustrating than it needed to be. Checkout did work fine eventually, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I do think the company needs to take responsibility for making the ordering process smoother and easier to understand for customers.

"Easy booking and quick seating"
I booked a table on gringostexmex.com it was super easy. I was in a good mood already that night, and it got even better when we showed up and they had our reservation ready to go. We only waited about 2 minutes before being seated, which was a really nice way to start the evening.

The website is alright overall, and I was able to find what I needed eventually. That said, I did have to poke around more than I expected just to find basic stuff like the menu and location details. Everything seems to be there, which is good, but the layout could definitely be clearer.

"Really helpful with my dairy allergy"
I went in with a dairy allergy and had a lot of questions because, you know, Tex Mex can be tricky. The staff never made me feel like I was being annoying or anything, they actually checked ingredients, told me what to avoid, and were just really patient about it. And I was surprised because there was still a lot I could eat, which is not always the case when cheese and sour cream are everywhere. I felt safe ordering, and also, the food was really good, so that was a nice bonus

"Really solid margarita options"
Stopped in for drinks and, totally calmly of course, I was excited about the margarita menu. There were a bunch of choices, and the one I got was strong without tasting like straight alcohol. i’d go back.

"Surprisingly smooth for a big group"
I booked a group dinner through gringostexmex.com for about 12 of us, and I was a little suspicious it might turn into a mess because big group reservations usually do. But when we showed up, our table was actually ready. The staff was relaxed about us switching seats and splitting checks, which I appreciated. Food came out faster than I expected too. Overall, it ended up being a really good experience, and I’d probably go back with a group again

I’m not sure if I’m being too easily impressed, but the place felt really clean and had a nice chill vibe. Nothing over the top, just comfortable and easy to relax in.

"Delivery was fine, but kinda a mess"
Ordered from Gringos Tex Mex and yeah, the food actually showed up, but it was like 25 minutes late, which was annoying as hell. The driver was nice though, so no shade there. Some of the food was still warm, but the chips were soggy, which is just dumb. Taste was decent overall, but they really need to get their delivery timing and packing together because this was a bit of a sloppy-ass experience.

I grabbed food here when I was kind of in a rush, and it was fine overall. Nothing bad, just not super memorable. For the price, I definitely expected the portions to be a bit bigger, especially since I didn’t have time to order anything else.

I thought the menu was good and there were a lot of options to pick from. I don’t know, maybe I’m picky, but I do wish they had a few more veggie choices. Still, it’s not like there was nothing to eat, just would’ve been nice to see more.

"Disappointed with the Flavor"
I ordered from Gringos Tex Mex hoping for a really solid meal, but it just didn’t hit the mark for me. The tacos were kind of bland, and the meat was drier than I expected. The salsa was fine, but nothing that stood out or made the meal better. For the price, I was definitely expecting more flavor and a little more excitement. It wasn’t the worst food I’ve had, but I left feeling let down, and I don’t think I’d order from there again.

"Parking was awful, but I’m still kind of torn"
Parking around here was a complete headache. I drove around for way too long, got annoyed, and eventually just gave up. Part of me thinks it’s not worth the hassle at all, but at the same time, I could see myself trying again if I wasn’t in a rush. Still, the parking situation really put me off.
